What are the different status types for My Webinars?
Each webinar will have one of six different statuses. Presenters viewing their webinar on the My Webinars page will see a webinar status next to their webinar.
The six types of webinar statuses are
- Live -current Live or Pre-Recorded Live webinars
- Scheduled - upcoming webinars, Live or Pre-Recorded Live webinars
- On-Demand - webinar scheduled On-Demand
- Overdue - webinars scheduled Live but not given
- Completed - webinar given Live or Pre-Recorded Live and no longer available
- Closed - webinars no longer On-Demand
When the First Schedule is Live
The start time has arrived but the presentation has not started
- Status: Scheduled
The presentation has started (even the start time has not arrived)
- Status: Live
The presentation still is in progress even after the end time
- Status: Live
The presentation is over before the end time no more schedules in the future
- Status: Completed
The presentation did not start and end time has passed
- Status: Overdue
The presentation started after the end time
- Status: Live
The presentation is over and there are Pre-Recorded Live schedules in the future
- Status: Scheduled
The Pre-Recorded Live started
- Status: Pre-Recorded Live
The Pre-Recorded Live ended and there are still more Pre-Recorded Live schedules in the future
- Status: Scheduled
All the Pre-Recorded Live has passed and there is On-Demand scheduled in the future
- Status: Completed
The On-Demand has started
- Status: On-Demand
The On-Demand is over
- Status: Closed
When the First Schedule is Pre-Recorded Live
The recording is not ready and the start time has arrived
- Status: Scheduled
The recording is not ready and the recording has passed the start time
- Status: Scheduled
The recording is not ready and the end time has passed
- Status: Overdue
The recording is ready and the recording started
- Status: Pre-Recorded Live
The presentation is over and there are more Pre-Recorded Live schedules in the future
- Status: Scheduled
The presentation is over and there are no more Pre-Recorded Live schedules in the future
- Status: Completed
The presentation is over and all the Pre-Recorded Live has finished and there is On-Demand in the future
- Status: Completed
On-Demand started
- Status: On-Demand
On-Demand is over
- Status: Closed
When the First Schedule is On-Demand
The recording is not ready and the start time has arrived
- Status: Scheduled
The recording is not ready and the recording has passed the start time
- Status: Scheduled
The recording is not ready and the end time has passed
- Status: Overdue
The recording is ready and the recording is between the start time and the end time
- Status: On-Demand
The recording is ready and the recording is after the end time
Status: Closed
