Present a Webinar: How to Chat One-on-One with an Attendee
The Presenter Console chat feature allows webinar presenters and attendees to communicate for the duration of the webinar. Only presenters can initiate the one-to-one chat.
Click the Attendees icon in the Presenter Console to view attendees in real-time.
You can search for the attendee by name or company name. Or you can scroll through the list of attendees.
Click on the attendee's name to see their information.
Select the chat icon on the lower land-hand side to open a chat window.
The attendee will see the message appear on the screen and they can select Dismiss or Reply.
Once the attendee selects Reply, they can begin to chat.
The presenter can with as many attendees as they wish, so they can minimize the chat windows.
An indicator is shown when a new chat message is sent.
