How do I export a webinar as an MP4/MP3 file?

With webinar.net, recording is automatic. Webinars are recorded as soon as the webinar has started and a replay is made available after the webinar ends. You can then download the video recording for backup or to upload it to your website.

Within Webinar Actions, after the webinar has been completed, the Export option appears. Click on Export and all past exports are displayed.

To start a new export select Click here to export

There are two download preferences:

Full Interface which includes background image/color, presentation window, media player, and presenter window.

Presentation Window Only which includes the presentation window with the presenter overlay.

Full Interface

The presentation window, media player, and presenter window are selected by default. You can select which windows you want to display in your export. For example, you may remove the presenter window by clearing the Presenter checkbox. A preview displays with the only the Media Player and the Presentation Window.

The Media Player (presenter overlay) is selected by default. You may remove the Media Player clearing the Media Player checkbox. A preview displays including only the Presentation Window.

During the download process you have the option to download an Audio Version (mp3).  Select the Yes checkbox to also get the mp3 file for your download.

Depending on the size of the webinar, it may take several hours to prepare the webinar for export. Therefore, you can be alerted when the export is complete via email. Enter your email address(es) to receive a notification when the export is complete.

Use Notify Email Addresses and enter the email addresses to receive a notification when the export is complete.

When the export is complete, you can download it to your local drive. Select the blue download link next to the files and save them to your local drive.

Note. The replay may take several hours to process before it is available for download. The MP4 resolution is 1920x1080.
