Create a Webinar: Component Guide

Header (Enabled by Default)

The "Header" component is where the audience is introduced to the webinar and most likely contains the title and company branding.

Media Player (Enabled by Default)

The "Media" component plays audio and video for your webinar.

Presentation (Enabled by Default)

Presentation components are pushed to the audience via the Presentation Component. This component displays polls, surveys, videos, and slides.

Presenter 

The Presenter component allows you to add an introduction and information about your presenter for the audience to view. The presenter's photo, name, contact information, and social media links can be included.

Continuing Education

The "Continuing Education" component enables webinar attendees to view their certificate status, download or email certificates.

 Breakout Rooms

Use "Breakout Rooms" to have face-to-face communication with your audience during live or after a live presentation.

 On Stage

With "On Stage" component, instead of raising hand, we present attendees with a "request to go on air".

Resources

The Resource component is used to upload presentations, URLs, and other content that viewers can download.

Q&A

The Q&A component allows attendees to submit questions during the webinar. During OnDemand webinars, the questions submitted can be configured to go to an email address.

Group Chat

With the Group Chat component, attendees can directly chat with each other. The group chat can be configured for viewers to appear anonymous or show the viewer's name in the chat.

Quiz

The "Quiz" component allows webinar attendees to take a quiz.

Survey

The Survey component allows you to get feedback about your webinar from your viewers.

Contact Us

The Contact Us component provides an easy way for viewers to contact the presenter or company. This component allows attendees to send an email to the email addresses provided by the presenter.

HTML

The HTML component allows you to add HTML code to your webinar using a basic text editor.

The Image component allows an image to be added to the interface for the audience to see.

Link

The Link component allows you to add a URL link that attendees can click on to be directed to the corresponding webpage.

Refer a Colleague

The Refer a Colleague component allows attendees to share information about a specific webinar with their colleagues.

Social Sharing

The Social Sharing component allows attendees to share your webinar with their colleges on all major social media platforms.

LinkedIn

The "LinkedIn" component enables your webinar attendees to view and follow your company profile.

 Facebook

The "Facebook" component enables attendees the ability to grab their Facebook wall activity and display it within the Audience Interface. The Facebook component also lets attendees like comments, and share from within the webinar.

Twitter

Everyone loves to check out the latest tweets, and with the "Twitter" component, attendees can view a Twitter feed from within the audience interface. The Twitter component allows attendees to like and share information about the webinar.

Snackable

The "Snackable" component enables your webinar attendees to view the transcript of the presentation audio.

Interprefy

The "Interprefy" component enables your webinar attendees to listen to the translation of the presentation's audio.
